We want to make you aware that Midwest Litigation is the victim of a form of identity theft used to scam consumers.

An unknown party in Ohio is using part of our name, address and our Missouri phone number to spoof consumers into thinking they are being called by our company. We are advised this practice is called "spoofing" and is one form of identity theft.

The bad actors are doing this to make it seem as if a legitimate company is calling on consumers to collect old debts. We learned of the spoofing problem by receiving complaints from unsuspecting consumers in Missouri and other states who traced the abusive telephone collection calls they received to our name and address here in Missouri. We are working with the Ohio Attorney General's Office, the Missouri Attorney General's Office and law enforcement to protect Midwest Litigation Services.

Be aware that we are not in the business of collecting debts and do not solicit or call any consumers. If you are visiting this site because you have been contacted by anyone claiming to be "Midwest Litigation" and seeking immediate payment for a debt or outstanding warrant for your arrest, you are a victim of "spoofing" and should contact the Missouri Attorney General's Consumer Hotline at 1-800-392-8222.
